Refund policy

We happily accept returns within 14 days. Please make sure all returned items are in unused/unworn/unwashed condition with any tags still attached and in original packaging.

Any item that is faulty or the I correct size or fabric has the option of and exchange or refund. Please make contact for any dissatisfaction/complaint with an item via email isababycreations@outlook.com

Should you wish to cancel an order please make contact within 14 days to do so.

Personalised and Custom/made to measure Items are exempt from the 14 days return policy and can only be returned if faulty. 

Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and we recommend sending Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure we receive the order back. We are not liable for any items lost in the post. 

Each item is made with love by hand and a lot of attention goes into each order, but in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Its important that you are happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to make contact.
